Living Strong Ministries

Living Strong Ministries exists to see the Lost found and the found transformed by the Love and Power of Jesus our Saviour and King. Founded by Mike and Linda Higson with the belief that only in him can we break free from the curse of sin and death, and experience the freedom that we were made to live in.

Mike and Linda Higson were shaped on the mission field, loving drug addicts and alcoholics who have been destroyed by the works of sin and the Devil. They went on to support the work of WEC International and Eastwest College of Intercultural Studies, ministries dedicated to training up new generations of missionaries ready to step into the call of God on their lives. Driven by the need for a practical framework that could facilitate the work of the Holy Spirit in counselling, Mike and Linda became aquainted and more and more familar with Restoring the Foundations over their years in ministry. Believing that God was calling them to train in the Restoring the Foundations modalities, they pursued and completed the highest level of training within the modalities offered, in order to see people transformed by the Agape Love of God.

Today, Mike and Linda live in Hamilton New Zealand with their son Jesse, and have been commissioned without pay by WEC international to support missionaries throughout the WEC world. Despite this commission, they also work with many people from all walks of life, without discrimination and or prejudice, seeking to reach as many people as they can for the Kingdom of God.
